Welcome to Bootcamp USA!

As your drill instructor, Sergeant Starr, I would like to officially welcome you to this training experience. You have taken the first step in your journey as a Private within the ranks of the U.S. Army.

Your initial position is that of a Private in the Enlisted Soldier ranks. To ascend through the hierarchy of the Army, you will need to navigate 13 official rankings to ultimately reach the esteemed position of Sergeant Major of the Army.

During your time at Bootcamp, you will experience a simulated military environment that allows you to gain valuable skills and insights. Although your rank will cap at Private Second Class here, take this opportunity to showcase your achievements by sharing your new insignia on social media.

As you work towards earning your stripes, I challenge you to excel in various assessments: conquer the obstacle courses, perform excellently at the firing ranges, swim until instructed otherwise, arm wrestle with determination, and efficiently assemble and fire your weapon. Your perseverance is vital as you demonstrate your readiness to advance in this journey.
